Behind the Scenes- Elisabeth's Wedding

I love all my brides, but sometimes you have such a blast helping them get ready on their big day that you forget that your working at all. This was wedding I worked on for Erin Blair Makeup & Hair Design with one of my favorite people, fellow artist Elizabeth Rist. That's right, three Elizabeth's in one room. No wonder we had so much fun that day!

Elisabeth and her bridesmaids were so relaxed and friendly, not to mention beautiful! We had a great time doing their hair and makeup that day- and there was an amazing few from their hotel room!

Elisabeth was by far one of my most glamorous brides. We did a super dramatic eye, fresh skin, and a pretty pink lip. Did I mention she loved the drama? To make that happen, we did not one, but two pairs of false lashed and I think she totally pulls them off!

Her hair was a last minute change. At her trial run, we had done a lower curly bun with lots of texture and volume. For the day of, she added a beautiful hair comb and extensions (for volume and length and we ended up with a softer, more sophisticated hair style that we both loved.

Each of her beautiful bridesmaids chose a hair style that best suited them. Some had braids, some had buns and we even did a modern french twist. Thanks again ladies for a wonderful day!
